SolarPUF™ is an insulated roof panel with solar panel-compatible profiled steel exterior and ribbed interior liner. The thermal insulation core can be customised in high-performance PUR, PIR and Rockwool. With a special clamp system, solar panels can be easily installed directly without piercing the sandwich panel surface. By doing this the structural integrity of the roofs is preserved and the lifespan of the structure is extended by eliminating the risk of corrosion and water leakage caused by screw holes in the structure.
Star PUF™ 15mm single skin panels are insulated roof panels with solar compatible and standard rib profiled steel exterior and soft interior liners such as Aluminium foil and LDPE polythene. The thermal insulation core can be customised in high-performance PUR and PIR. Star PUF™panel is the perfect replacement for normal roofing profile sheets providing excellent insulation in a cost-effective package. With a special clamp system, solar panels can be easily installed directly without piercing the sandwich panel surface. By doing this the structural integrity of the roofs is preserved and the lifespan of the structure is extended by eliminating the risk of corrosion and water leakage caused by screw holes in the structure.
UltraPUF™ Secret Fix Architectural panels with hidden joints are used to construct external walls and internal partitions in the single or multiple-span shell structure. The screw head is hidden in a suitably profiled longitudinal edge of the panel, forming a locking mechanism characteristic for this system, creating an aesthetic appearance of the facade. These panels can be installed both vertically and horizontally, however, in the horizontal layout, the system requires additional panel jointing treatment. UltraPUF™ Secret Fix Architectural Panels are characterised by very good thermal insulation properties and strength, as well as very high fire resistance properties. The thermal insulation core can be customised in high-performance PUR, PIR and Rockwool.
